Augmentierungen sind Verbesserungen von aktiven Fähigkeiten und eine Form der Endgame Charakterentwicklung. Somit sind Augmentierungen für Spieler mit QL10 ausgelegt.
Es kann jede aktive Fähigkeit verbessert werden mit Ausnahme von Nebenhandfähigkeiten:
Die Augmentierungen werden ein eigenes Fähigkeitenrad bekommen, wie das Auxilary Rad, das in 4 Subtypen eingeteilt ist: Schaden, Überleben, Unterstützung und Heilung.

Um Augmentierungen zu verwenden benötigt man sowohl ein Augmentierungskit, also auch viele Fähigkeitspunkte, um die Augmentierung mit einer Fähigkeit zu harmonisieren. Augmentierungskit dropen soweit bis jetzt bekannt nur in Szenarien. Man bekommt jedoch auch Marken durch das abschließen von Szenarien, daher ist es vielleicht möglich bei einem Händler ebenfalls Augmentierungskits zu bekommen.
Mit vielen Resourcen und Augmentierungskit andere Effekte kann man ein uneingestimmtes Augmentierungskit einstimmen, um es dann benutzen zu können.
Man benötigt 2 gleiche eingestimmte Augmentierungskit vereinigen um ein lvl 2 Kit zu bekommen, 3 für ein lvl 3 Kit und so weiter. Die höchste Stufe eines Augmentierungskit ist lvl 5. Wenn man eine Fähigkeit mit einem lvl 5 Augmentierungskit harmonisieren möchte, muss man sie erst mit den unteren lvln harmonisieren, also erst mit lvl 1, dann lvl 2, usw.

Quickening Augment Resonator

Rampant Augment Resonator
Resonating this augment to an active ability will increase the number of targets affected by 1/2/3/4/5. Attaching this to a single target ability has no effect.
Accelerating Augment Resonator

I guess I was just hoping for more interesting things like:
When you critically heal a target you have a 10% chance to cleanse an effect
Whenever X action happens you extend all DOTs by X seconds
Whenever you penetrate or critical hit you build an extra resource.
Any Active Heal has it's HOT Component removed and it's Direct Healing is improved by 25%.
Stacking CD Extenders on Buffs and %/+AR Boosts on your Elemental Forced Consumer just wasn't what I
thought it would be.
